General Terms and Conditions

Article 1. Definitions
- WebRevisie: The user of these general terms and conditions, located in Málaga, Spain, NIF B27558402.
- Client: The party providing the assignment to WebRevisie.
- Project: The specific revision, Optimization, or construction of a digital environment as agreed upon.
Article 2. Quotes and Agreement
The agreement is established upon written confirmation or digital acceptance of the quote.
WebRevisie focuses on “Clean Code” Optimization. Advice regarding the removal of redundant software/plugins will be provided by WebRevisie; the final decision for removal remains with the Client.
Article 3. Payment (The 33/67 Policy)
- Deposit: 33% of the total quoted amount is invoiced at the start of the project. Work commences upon receipt of this deposit.
- Final Instalment: The remaining 67% is invoiced upon project completion.
The payment term is 7 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, WebRevisie reserves the right to suspend access to the delivered work.
Article 4. Revision Rounds
The quoted amount includes 3 standard revision rounds, unless stated otherwise.
A revision round is defined as: processing feedback on the work already performed within the scope of the original quote.
Additional revisions beyond these three rounds will be performed at the applicable ad-hoc hourly rate.
Article 5. Warranty and Code Integrity (6 Months)
WebRevisie guarantees the proper functioning of the code delivered or modified for a period of 6 months after delivery.
This warranty is only valid if the code remains unchanged. WebRevisie maintains a copy of the delivered source code for verification purposes.
If modifications are made by the Client or third parties, the free warranty expires immediately. In such cases, repair work will be carried out at the applicable ad-hoc hourly rate.
Article 6. No Subscriptions (Ad-hoc Support)
WebRevisie does not work with mandatory maintenance subscriptions.
All support, updates, or adjustments after the 6-month warranty period are performed based on an ad-hoc hourly rate of €55 per hour.
WebRevisie is not responsible for backups or third-party licence management after project completion, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Article 7. Intellectual Property and Portfolio
Upon full payment, the usage rights of the Optimized code transfer to the Client.
WebRevisie reserves the right to include the project in its online portfolio on webrevisie.com (including project-specific slugs for SEO purposes), unless the Client explicitly objects in advance.
Article 8. Liability
WebRevisie is not liable for damage caused by errors in third-party software or modifications to the code carried out by third parties.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount of the invoice for the specific assignment.
Article 9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Málaga, Spain.
